P A Y M E N T

Payment is due on receipt of invoice. All invoices are to be paid within 7 days. Design work will not commence until accounts are paid in full.

All prices are in NZD and are inclusive of GST

P R O O F S

The client will receive a proof design within 2 weeks. Due to a large number of clients the client is asked to check over the design and inspect that all wording, spelling and aspects are correct.

Two rounds of revisions of the proof are included in the quoted price. Additional changes may incur a charge of $25NZD.

Designer will not be responsible for undetected errors by the client if the job is approved.

We will aim to have your final files to you within a 3 week time frame.

O W N E R S H I P  O F  A R T W O R K

The designer retains ownership of all artwork including proofs, options and final works.

Alteration, manipulation, resale or the likes of any elements or the whole design is strictly prohibited. You may not use the design in part or whole to create another design.

Copyright is not included in the price of the design and remains the ownership of the designer.

M A R K E T I N G

The designer shall receive a credit line with any editorial or social media publishing of the designers work by the client.

The job may be photographed and used to social media purposes by the designer.
